The main feature of the SheMax Style PRO professional manicure dust collector is the presence of 2 motors instead of one, as in other existing dust collectors. SheMax was the first company to implement the idea of increasing power by installing two centrifugal motors. Thanks to this modification, the dust capture area is evenly distributed across the entire perimeter. For comparison: in nail dust collectors with a single motor, the dust collection area works directly above the motor, which is often a circle with a diameter of only 15 cm. In our new model, the entire 24 x 17 cm area works, attracting dust evenly. The special feature of the new model is the modern AIR BOWL technology. Working with designers and analyzing airflow, it was decided to simulate the effect of a tornado inside the dust collector. To do this, it was necessary to create a smooth depression toward the motor, artificially capturing air from the surface and directing it to the center. Since the model has two motors, two air bowls leading to the motor have been designed accordingly. Special attention was paid to the air outlet. In fact, with an incorrect housing design, the motor can overheat and fail. This problem does not exist in SheMax nail dust collectors. Ongoing research has led to the perfect solution while maintaining low noise levels. Taking into account the high technological performance, the manicure dust collector design is left as unique and attractive as possible on the European market. The main body of the nail dust collector is made of stainless steel, with an elegant branded grille, plastic pads that soften the corners, and the color of the side pads can be chosen (white, gray, black). The removable grille is attached with magnets, so it is very easy to remove it to clean the filter screen from dust with a dry brush. We always have replaceable and reusable filter screens. It is important to follow the care rules for the filter screen to extend its service life: clean after each client, do not wash in water, and store in a dry place.
