ELAN Deep Brow Tint 2.0 Black 03, 20 ml

The eyebrow tint “Deep Brow Tint 2.0” is one of the components of the author’s SMART EYEBROW TINTING SYSTEM. This tint makes it possible to achieve intense hair color and provides additional care during the procedure.

Important: “Deep Brow Tint 2.0” works only with the 2% Oxidizing Emulsion from the same system and with the 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion.

Directions for use: Mix the eyebrow tint “Deep Brow Tint 2.0” with the 2% Oxidizing Emulsion in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic bowl. If you need to give the colors of the main paint palette greater depth and saturation, or create a new shade, use the appropriate booster concentrate, “Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0,” according to the mixing ratio indicated below:
