Only products that have a manufacturing defect or malfunction will be refunded.
Damaged or defective products: if the customer receives the contents of the package in poor condition or due to transport, they have the right to make a claim within 24/48 hours of delivery of the order, in writing (WhatsApp or Instagram) to Nail Look Shop, attaching a photograph of the items in question. Nail Look Shop will collect the defective products from the customer's address and replace them. Once we receive the products at our facilities and verify their condition, we will proceed to issue a refund for the price paid at the time of purchase, taking into account any discounts or coupons used. The refund will be processed within 10-14 calendar days. It is important to note that if quality control identifies that the product has been opened, the return will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for the costs of collecting the product from our premises. We are committed to providing an efficient and transparent service in the returns process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Products that do not meet customer expectations: the customer may return a product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. After 14 days, Nail Look Shop is not obliged to accept the return. The shipping costs for returns shall be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the transport company at the time of collection.
The item to be returned must be properly packaged to ensure its integrity during the return process. The product or products to be returned must be in perfect condition, with their seals intact, unused and well packaged. If Nail Look Shop receives a return that is damaged or does not meet the above requirements, it may refuse to accept it.
Defective products under warranty: products that are defective or do not function as advertised and are under warranty will be replaced at the expense of Nail Look Shop. Electronic devices (drills, lamps, vacuum cleaners, etc.) must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use. However, if the electrical device is working properly or the technical service assesses that it is not covered by the warranty due to misuse and/or excessive use, the customer shall be responsible for the costs of collecting and returning the device in question.
