If an electrical appliance covered by warranty stops working due to causes beyond its use, you must inform us in writing and send us a video (email: naillookstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp: 644167541).

The customer must pack the electrical appliance in its original packaging, including all accessories, and attach a copy of the invoice. We will collect the package from your home and send it to the technical service department.

If the electrical appliance works properly, the customer must bear the cost of both the collection and the return shipment of the appliance in question.

In the case of a warranty claim, shipping costs once repaired will be covered by the manufacturers. In the event that the fault is irreparable, we will replace the appliance directly, provided it is confirmed that the fault was not caused by misuse or mishandling by the customer. Therefore, NailLook is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect or fraudulent use of the products. It is also not possible to guarantee individual tolerance to the products in specific cases.
